2020 Annual Meeting and Summer Conference
Our Annual Meeting is an excellent opportunity to catch up with friends, make new connections with colleagues and network with industry leaders. The event starts Wednesday evening at 5:00pm with the member and family reception and dinner. Thursday will be a full-day program of Alliance updates, guest speakers, and the membership meeting with a closing family dinner. Friday there is an optional golf outing at Pole Creek Golf Course, for those wishing to participate (additional $175 fee applies).
This event is only open to Western Energy Alliance members and their families.
Due to hotel requirements for attendance numbers in advance, registrations at the door will not be permitted. Please register in advance so we can be sure to have the proper numbers in to the hotel’s catering and planning department.

6:00 - 8:00pm: Family dinner
Thursday, July 30th:
7:30am: Registration desk opens
7:30am - 9:00am: Family breakfast
9:00am – 12:15pm: Morning session, including Alliance updates and speakers
12:15 - 1:30pm: Family lunch
1:30 – 4:00pm: Afternoon session including award presentations and speakers
4:15 - 5:00pm: Membership meeting, Board elections, and the passing of the gavel from
outgoing Board Chairman Alex Campbell to incoming Chairman Steve Skinner
6:00pm: Second night dinner
Friday, July 31st:
8:00am: Golf outing and lunch, Pole Creek Golf Club

Event Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received prior to two weeks of the event will be eligible for a full refund. A 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from all refunds.
